The certifications matter. The study matters.

But it’s the integration of that knowledge, over time, that has shaped the way I work today.

I came to this work through building a business over decades through seasons of growth, challenge, and deep personal change.

I’ve been running my own business since 2004, and I know what it actually takes to create something meaningful, sustain it, and grow it over time.

Not just to start – but to stay.

Where it began

I started in the body.

As a personal trainer, I learned early that the body holds what the mind won’t say.

That discipline and devotion aren’t just physical – they shape how we show up in our work, our relationships, and our decisions.

Over time, that understanding deepened.

Life asked more of me — navigating illness, running a business, holding responsibility and I began to see what was missing in most spaces:

You can’t separate inner work from real-world results.

Most women are being taught one or the other.

But neither works on its own.

Today, I work as a spiritual growth coach and business mentor – holding both worlds at once.

My work is grounded in - rebuilding trust in your body and intuition
